Bryant Homes part-exchange weekend

EACH year thousands of people are put off moving home by the thought of having to sell their current property. Now help is at hand because Bryant Homes is holding a part exchange weekend next weekend, March 10 and 11, at their Bathgate development.

The weekend is an ‘open-house’ invitation for visitors to pop into the development to find out more about the moving process, or part exchange in particular. Homes consultants will be on hand to offer sound advice and answer any queries.

Part exchange is a great way to make moving home a stress-free process. Under the scheme, Bryant will buy your current home at an agreed price and paying estate agents fees will be a thing of the past.

Sales manager, Sandra McGuire said: “In the past we’ve held similar events and found them to be very useful for homebuyers. Hopefully this weekend we can help more people find their dream new home and get them moving with the minimum amount of fuss. Bathgate is a lovely place to set up home and there are a number of homes available, which are ideal for a part exchange move.”

Bryant at Bathgate offers a fantastic living environment for families and young professionals alike and includes everything from a cycle track to a golf course. Education is well catered for and the development offers two nursery schools, three primary schools and an excellent secondary school. Bathgate is well served with local amenities and the Almondvale Centre is located within the neighbouring town of Livingston. Close to both the M8 and M9 motorways, Bathgate is the ideal location for commuting to Edinburgh and Glasgow as it is approximately 40 minutes either way and up to the north. The station on King Street also offers a fast and convenient service direct to Edinburgh.

Currently available are two-bedroom apartments from £125,000 and three and four-bedroom houses from £140,000. For further information on Bryant’s part exchange weekend at Bathgate or the development in general, visit the development and marketing suite at Leylands Road, open seven days a week 9.30 am to 5.00pm or call 01506 634 938.
